Sweet grasses are called sweet because they emit a sweet, vanilla-like fragrance when they are crushed or burned. Full-face helmets provide more protection for the face and jaw in the event of a crash, making them better for more aggressive and high-speed cycling such as downhill mountain biking or BMX racing. However, for general cycling, half-shell helmets are often preferred due to their lighter weight, better ventilation, and less restrictive feel. The choice between the two depends on the type of cycling and the level of risk involved. **

Sweat itself is odorless, but when it comes into contact with bacteria on the skin, it can produce a sweet smell. The bacteria break down the sweat into acids, which can give off a sweet or fruity scent. Factors such as diet, hormones, and overall health can also influence the smell of sweat. If your sweat consistently smells sweet, it may be worth discussing with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying medical conditions. **
