No, the DHL Packstation service cannot be used without a Packstation. The Packstation is a self-service kiosk where customers can send, receive, and return DHL parcels. In order to use the service, customers need to have a Packstation account and a Packstation address where their parcels can be delivered and picked up. Without a Packstation, customers would need to use alternative DHL delivery and pickup options. **

The timing of when your Packstation will be emptied depends on the specific location and schedule of the courier service responsible for servicing that particular Packstation. Typically, Packstations are emptied multiple times throughout the day to ensure that there is enough space for new packages. You can check with the courier service or the Packstation provider for more specific information on the emptying schedule for your Packstation. **
